**Terms of Sale for BUILDBOD**
**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By placing an order with BUILDBOD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order.
**2. Order Placement and Confirmation**
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes acknowledgment of your order but does not confirm acceptance. A contract between you and BUILDBOD is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
**3. Pricing and Payment**
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT for orders within the European Union.
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund.
**4. Shipping and Delivery**
We offer Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. Shipping is free of charge with no minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:
- France: 5-10 business days
- European Union: 7-14 business days
- International: 14-30 business days
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. BUILDBOD is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
**5. Risk of Loss**
All items purchased from BUILDBOD are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
**6. Returns and Refunds**
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at **service@buildbod.shop**. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
**7. Product Descriptions and Warranties**
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings.
All products are sold "as is" without warranties, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
**8. Limitation of Liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUILDBOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Sale and any dispute arising from your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
